“The Library”

Military R&D

56 modest proposals...

The "Library" was/is a Military Department, which created, modified, and advanced Military publications, technical pubs, educational pubs, and documents for Military personnel. I was assigned to "the Library" as a TAD-Temporary Additional Duty, after the 911 attacks, in 2001.

My duties were to reproduce, modify, revise military publications, documents, and testing material for use only within the building, for students, staff, and the entire "Chain of Command."

After 911, the psychological effects of lives lost and those held accountable started to weigh on my mind. So as a mental diversion and to counteract 911's negative cogitations, I forced myself to discover the predictable "rhythm of causalities" to help balance the equation to gain fortuitous situational awareness from any emerging or evolving events.

So when the predictable psychosis of individuals (domestic) starting to intentionally and indiscriminately distribute mysterious "White Powder" -to simulate Anthrax, appeared in Government buildings, the USPS mail system, etc., was found; the detection and delineation to determine if mysterious "White Powder" was Anthrax or a non-lethal material, became the United States Governmental Priority #1.

So when more people started spreading mysterious "White Powder," I quickly started analyzing the evolving data sets from our government's SOP's and saw an opportunity to push the standard Biological Weapons testing protocols forward.

I realized I could vastly speed up the " standard " Biological Weapons test because of my prior medical skills in "Culture & Sensitives" testing, chemistry, medical lab work, lab animals, Zoonotic pathogens, and tech. So within the span of a few days, I had Researched and Developed the world's first instantaneous (1 minute) Weapons Grade Anthrax- (spores) test, which I submitted through the proper Military Chain of Command-after 911.

Unfortunately, the Military was on High Alert after 911, so the normal channels of submissions (for concepts and technical advancements) would be halted for months, years, or longer... :/ So my Proctor-who I knew for years, personally stepping in to help expedite my Anthrax testing system thought to the proper Chain of Command officers and other agencies.

With that success, I was motivated to submit 56 other "modest proposals," from simple modifications to tech advances, lethal and non-lethal weapon systems, and a handful of PW Military publications and Developments..., with six months.

Yet, as with my submissions, developments, and personal efforts, I never received any money, special treatment, or accolades. I did "it" for the right reasons. To help our Military, Government, Agencies, and the United States of America to stay Strong, with new and unique "advances," to secure our interests and prevent future incidents or resurgences... :)

Of course,

like most of my projects within the Military and other agencies,

by their nature, design, intentions, or consequences,

they will forever have to live next to the

' Ark of the Covenant '...
